The next most important feature is a walk-in closet which translate to good storage and big closets. In some of the older neighborhoods with 1920’s and 30’s houses closet space is a problem. When putting your home on the market it is important to de-clutter and clean all closets to make the space appear larger. It also helps to add closet organizers to best utilize the space that you do have.Eat-in kitchens are also very important to buyers along with a nice sized master bedroom, preferably with a bathroom, and a family room.
